AI Bookmark Organizer Features

Smart folder suggestion: AI recommends the best folder when saving the current page

Problem: New links pile up in random folders and become harder to find over time.

Action: WoWo uses AI bookmark organization to recommend the best destination folder as you save a page.

Outcome: Your structure stays consistent without manual sorting every time.

Sidebar organize: AI-suggested folder, one-tap save

Problem: Large legacy bookmark trees are too slow to clean by hand.

Action: WoWo scans the full bookmark tree in the sidebar and proposes topic-based groups, cleaner paths, and better naming.

Outcome: You can reorganize years of bookmarks in minutes and still edit before applying.

Organize strategy and confirm tree before applying

Problem: Automation is risky when you cannot inspect the final structure first.

Action: WoWo shows strategy details and the full suggested tree before any write action.

Outcome: You approve only what makes sense and avoid accidental bulk moves.

Version preview and roll back to this version

Problem: Undoing a large reorganization manually is painful.

Action: WoWo stores each applied result as a restorable version with preview support.

Outcome: You can test aggressive cleanup safely and rollback in one click.

Your data, your rules.

Bookmarks stay in Chrome. WoWo suggests and applies only after you confirm. Organize history is stored in the cloud so you can review versions and roll back while signed in.

Frequently asked questions

Where are my bookmarks stored?
Your bookmarks stay in Chrome. WoWo does not upload or store your bookmark list on its servers. It only suggests folders when you save a page and, when you use sidebar organize, applies the new structure to your Chrome bookmarks on this device. Your organize history (past results) is saved in the cloud so you can view and roll back from other devices.
Do I need to sign in?
Yes. You need to sign in to use WoWo. After signing in you get smart folder suggestion, sidebar organize, and your organize history saved in the cloud so you can see past versions and roll back from any device.
Can I undo an organize?
Yes. Each time you apply an organize, that version is saved. Open History, preview any past version, and roll back with one tap—WoWo reapplies that folder structure to your Chrome bookmarks. History is stored in the cloud so you can roll back from other devices too.
Who is WoWo best for?
WoWo is built for people who collect many links: students, researchers, developers, content operators, and curious readers. If your bookmarks grow faster than you can manually organize them, WoWo gives you a repeatable and safer cleanup process.
What is the difference between WoWo and manual folder sorting?
Manual sorting gives maximum control but is slow at scale. WoWo speeds up classification with AI and still keeps control through preview-before-apply and rollback history. You can edit labels and paths before confirming, so the final structure remains yours.
Will WoWo change bookmarks without my approval?
No. For sidebar organize, WoWo first shows a strategy and suggested tree. No changes are applied until you confirm. This approval step is designed to prevent accidental or confusing reorganizations.
Can I use WoWo across multiple devices?
Yes. After sign-in, your organize history is available across devices so you can review and roll back versions where needed. Actual bookmark storage still follows Chrome's bookmark system on each signed-in environment.
Where can I report issues or give product feedback?
Report issues or share feedback through the Chrome Web Store listing for this extension. Include your browser version, the action you performed, and screenshots if possible so issues can be reproduced.
